Coaching is a very personal kind of colaboration which is based on trust. So before we get going we have to make sure that the two of us are getting along well.

In order to be able to offer you a useful and successful coaching I therefore am happy to welcome you to a prelimary talk free of charge* (max. 30 mins). This usually takes place on the phone or via video call.

It  gives the oppportunity to get to know each other a bit and to specify what is your objective. Apart from your topical focus we also discuss the projected overall duration of the coaching as well as the frequency of coaching sessions.

My general principle is: a good coach knows when to say goodbye. So you can rely on me working to make myself dispensable asap.
